Dr. Bernadine Duncan is the Director of Student Counseling Services and the Women’s Center at Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU) where she provides mental health services to the PVAMU student community and serves as adjunct graduate professor in the Educational Leadership and Counseling Department.

Ms. Rasheda James was raised in the Houston area and is a graduate of Texas A&M University – College Station where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. With over 15 years of Internal Audit experience, she currently is the Director of SOX and Internal Controls at DXP Enterprises, Inc.

A native Chicagoan making Houston her home, Ms. Nikki Graves has always had a love for community and public service. Having served as a Girl Scout Troop leader, Basketball team Mom, Public Relations Chair for the CHS dance team, and CHS FFA Committee Chair, her love for youth and community is embedded in her daily lifestyle.

Attorney Chavon D. Carr is a graduate of Spelman College earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a concentration in Business Management. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate with a certificate in Health Law, from the Saint Louis University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri.

Ms. Angela Sterling’s passion for Fund Development can be traced back to her pre-professional days. Whether as a South Central Little League Auction Chair, the Prairie View A&M College of Student Nursing Association (PVSNA) President, or the United Way Chair at Memorial Hermann Hospital.
